Calendar – What’s On in Newbald

NPFA are holding a Race Night on 22nd September 2018 at the Village Hall. This will be at 7pm for 7.30pm start. Supper of pie and peas are included in the ticket price of £7.50. Many of you will not be aware that the NPFA does not have a regular source of income to maintain the field and playground so these events along with donations and grants all go to support this essential community field. Please come along and enjoy a night of “fun racing”. Tickets are available from any NPFA member or please contact us via the Newbald website.

Come and join us at the Church Rooms for our annual Apple Festival.

The children have been busy picking and pressing lots of local apples to make delicious cold pressed apple juice. Building on last years success there will also be lots of homemade apple products to sample and buy and activities to entertain the children.

All funds raised will go towards running your village youth club.

Henry Priestman is well known in the area, being Hull born before pursuing his music career in Liverpool. The creative force behind the Christians, Henrey has developed a successful solo career in recent times, teaming up with Les Glover to provide a tremendous mix of great songs, riotous humour and a guarantee of a great evening out.
